Genesis 3 and 1 Samuel 11 ( Happy Chanukah!)

Hello everyone!  Wow!  It's been a long time since I've posted....   Just to real quick sum up the post before you read the mini book I just wrote...  It's about: How ha satan (satan) is doing his best to devour Israel,  (ha satan's 'best' is, like, not even close and is never going to be remotely close to what Yahweh can accomplish, and He PROTECTS Israel, so without a doubt he WILL fail).  And what happened thousands of years ago is happening today.

So... The other day, while I was reading my Bible, I stumbled upon something really, really, awesome, and honestly kind of creepy.

To start, I will remind you that, ha satan (satan; the adversary) is out there, and he hates and wants to destroy all that Yeshua loves and has already saved.  With that said, I will begin. ;)

     I'll start with Genesis 3--
"And the nahash (serpent) was more crafty than all the lives of the field which Yahweh Elohim had made, and he said to the woman, "Is it true that Elohim has said, 'Do not eat of every tree of the garden'?"  And the woman said to the nahash, "We are to eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden, but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, Elohim has said, 'Do not eat of it, not touch it, lest you die.' " "
Okay, as we all know, this story goes on to show that the 'nahash' (serpent, ha satan; satan) deceives Havah (Eve) into eating the fruit, her husband eats it, and they're eventually cursed and thrown out of the garden.  But remember, the nahash was at the root of all this.

Now, as I was reading in 1 Samuel 11, I stumbled on something that was so, so, so CRAZY!  Right before this, King Saul was anointed to rule over Israel...  And He was getting into wars all over the place!  Just so ya know...  Okay, here it is, and let's see if you can put two and two together.
"And Nahash the Ammonite came up and camped against Yabesh Gil'ad.  And all the men of Yabesh said to Nahash, "Make a covenant with us, and we shall serve you."  then Nahash the Ammonite answered them, "For this is make a covenant with you, that I dig out all your right eyes, and I shall bring reproach on all Yisra'el."  And the elders of Yabesh said to him, "Leave us alone for seven days, so that we send messengers to all the borders of Yisra'el.  And then, if there is no one to save us, we shall come out to you." "
(FYI, I use the Scriptures version)  Pay attention to his name.... NAHASH!!!!!!  SERPENT!!!!! HA SATAN!!!!!!!  Whoa....  Anyway, later in the chapter 'Nahash the Ammonite' went to war against Israel and Yahweh kicked their butts!!!!!  Yup.....  Yahweh is unbeatable.

     Welcome to the present day.

In this day and age, ha satan is doing the EXACT same thing.... he's blinding people so that when he causes destruction people won't notice. Instead, they'll feel like he's protecting them from the bad guys.  But what is he (the actual bad guy) really doing?  He's getting them killed!  Look at Israel.  Most people tell Israel that they're totally in the wrong for keeping their land, they're really violent people, and that they're liars.  Reality is that ha satan is blinding people into thinking that he's protecting all these people from what God is defending.  In my opinion, Israel is acting more wise than any other country would be expected to act in such circumstances. Have any of you read the news lately, even if it was for just two minutes?  It's crazy.  What's happening is heart braking, but most importantly, prophecy is being fulfilled.

Don't freak out!  I know that when I hear people say "prophecy is being fulfilled!" I like totally freak out.  But then my mom brought something to my attention.  She said, "You know, when we all look or hear about what's happening in the world today, our first thought is 'wow.  It's getting really bad.'  But you know what?  It's getting GOOD.  These things have to happen in order to usher the Messiah in for a second time..."  Can I get an Amen?  ;)

Anyway, back to the point.  Ha satan is doing his utmost best to do as much destruction as he can before Yeshua comes in the clouds.  He knows that Yeshua IS going to come, and He IS going to defeat him...  More like, He's already defeated him, so the very best he can do is cause as big of problems as possible until then.  Right?

The point is, he's there, and he wants Israel's destruction along with anyone who stands with them.  It's that simple.  But we, God's children, have the authority to cast him aside so that he canNOT effect us nor hurt us.  We will NOT make covenant with him, because, as 1 Samuel 11 shows, he will FAIL.  He has already FAILED.  Without a doubt!  STAND WITH ISRAEL!  If you don't, you WILL BE defeated.

Well, with that, have a Happy Chanukah!  Shalom to you all!  I hope that this has been at the very least interesting to you all!
